How To Do Abundance Meditation?

You can do, for instance, diaphragmatic breathing exercises. Simply find a comfortable position, and concentrate on the movements of your belly. Your stomach should go up and down as you breathe in and out, and you should feel the weight of your belly pushing the air out. You’ll see how various words shape your mental space. For instance, you may learn that words like money and wealth color your inner world in grim, dark shades, which basically means that your scarcity mode is on. You’d then want to let these thoughts go, and return to your breathing exercise. Ground yourself, once again, in the present moment. Acknowledge that the things that bother you are coming either from the past and the future, which is why they are completely irrelevant (for the time being). Be here, now. Then, focus on the concept of abundance. What does abundance mean to you? How does it shape your mental plan? Contemplate the many ways of sharing and accepting abundance, by, for instance, being kind, generous, friendly, loving, etc. This is the essence of abundance meditation scripts- the abundance emanating from you finds its way back to your being. In other words, everything is within you and without you, as George Harrison has put it (in one of his most beautiful songs).
Fine-tune Your Meditation
Using mantras is also a good way to reach a state of calmness and serenity, and they can be used together with all the aforementioned breathing exercises. While you can come up with your own, using traditional mantras, or finding particularly intense statements in poetry and literature may also prove to be helpful. For instance, let’s see a short excerpt from George Harrison’s song Within You and Without You:
Try to realize it’s all within yourself, no-one else can make you change

And life flows on within you and without you
